I watched “Lake of Fire” this weekend on Netflix. It’s a documentary about anti-abortion campaigns. I found it very, very interesting. It’s shot completely in black and white, mostly I think because of some of the graphic scenes in it. The director has said he doesn’t know how he feels about abortion which I think is good because I felt this film did a good job of being neutral and showing both sides. I have a very strong opinion on the subject, but it definitely made me think. The saddest part is the “pro-lifers” that kill doctors to make a point. Incredibly hypocritical. If you’re in the mood for an eye-opening, depressing documentary this one is for you. Be warned they do show abortions being performed so it’s not for the faint of heart.
